  I won't completely knock them. This was the first time I've been to this starbucks, staff was not that friendly which I understand. I never enjoyed working food service either. Why am I leaving a bad review?
  I said 3 times that I cannot have dairy milk in my coffee, and the 4th time I said "please make sure it's almond milk". She still put dairy in it. I've had a POUNDING migraine for about a day and half now, now I have to go sell cars for 12 hours on me feet. No pain relief pill is helping. Starbucks staff, please read this. Because you need to understand in the food business that while there are very petty people, there are also people who absolutely cannot have some items in their food/drink. Some have allergies, some have medications with side effects, and some have intolerance/migraines.

  This place continues to be pathetic. Even though it is directly across the street from my office, I would literally never set foot in this place unless I had a Starbucks gift card to use. Today, I walked in, there was no line, and I figured I would be in and out quickly.
  
  Oops. They couldn't take my gift card. They can only take gift cards in *one* cash register, and that cash register wasn't online. What do they care? They've got my relatives' money already. They're not getting any more of mine, that's for sure.

  Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! So incredibly slow....like snail paced slow and zero intention of hurrying no matter if one person or 50 people are in line. And it's not like they are busy with other things because it's not very clean or well stocked. A colleague of mine commented to one barista that they were quite busy and her response was that "she makes the same amount of money no matter how many drinks she makes an hour".....
  
  It stinks because my business hosts events downtown and we've tried funneling business here but we have to send people elsewhere because it's honestly embarrassing. I recommend walking a block or so and trying Sir Walter Coffee.

  Their coffee is beyond awful, they don't know how to make basic lattes and cold foam cold brew coffee that you can get at any self respecting Starbucks. The baristas don't seem to have much knowledge of how to make a decent cup of Starbucks coffee, I have been here twice and both times regretted paying for the pathetic coffee here. Gonna stick to the Starbucks Keurig pods available at my workplace any day.

  Waited in line for a long time just to get caramel frappuccino's that taste solely like water. When we asked if they could be remade, we were told we would have to wait until she makes other people drinks in the long line before remaking ours. Yet, we had already paid and waited in line before those people. Horrible service, do not come here if you want good, even okay coffee.
